All orders are subject to product availability. If an item is not in stock at the time you place your order, we will replace it with another similar item.

We require at least 2 days notice for all the orders.

2. Delivery Location

Items offered on our website are only available for delivery to addresses in York, Toronto, Peel regions, Bradford, Milton, Oakville, Pickering, Ajax, Whitbty, and Oshawa

 

3. Delivery Time

Monday to Sunday : 10am- 6pm

Please provide us with time that is best for your delivery at check out. We will do our best to deliver it at the time that is best for you.

If nobody answers the door the arrangement will be left next to the door.

Delivery times are to be used as a guide only and are subject to change.

 

4. Delivery Instructions

You can provide special delivery instructions on the check-out page of our website.

 

5. Delivery Costs

8. Box flowers care

To keep your flower bloom box looking fresh for a longer period of time, keep your flowers in a cool dry, out of direct sunlight and heat.Keep the flowers fresh by adding small amounts of water in between the arrangement, to keep them hydrated. This will keep the flowers fresh for 3-4 days.
