1. General Information
At IA GOODIES, we pride ourselves on offering high-quality flower and gift arrangements, delivered with care to your loved ones. Please take a moment to review our important order and delivery policies.
2. Product Availability
All orders are subject to product availability. If an item is out of stock at the time of your order, we will provide a similar item to ensure your order is fulfilled.
3. Order Processing Time
We require at least 2 days' notice for all orders to ensure we can prepare your arrangement to the highest standard.
4. Delivery Information

Delivery Areas:
We currently offer delivery within the York, Toronto, and Peel regions. For deliveries outside these areas, please contact us directly. -
Delivery Time:
Monday to Sunday: 9:00 AM – 8:00 PM.
Please note: Delivery times are an estimate and may vary. If no one is available to accept the delivery, we will leave your arrangement at the doorstep. -
Specific Delivery Time:
For a specific time frame delivery, please contact us 48 hours in advance. An additional charge may apply. -
Special Delivery Instructions:
You can provide special instructions during the checkout process to ensure your delivery is exactly how you want it. -
Delivery Costs:
Delivery costs will be calculated at checkout based on your location.
5. Pickup Information
If you prefer to pick up your order, our pickup location is:
Marc Santi, Vaughan.
We will send you a notification with the pickup time when your order is ready.
6. Order Cancellations
You may cancel your order up to 24 hours before the scheduled pickup or delivery. To cancel, please contact us at 437-779-2605.
7. Boxed Flower Care
To extend the life of your boxed flower arrangement:

Keep the flowers in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and heat.

Add small amounts of water to the arrangement as needed to keep the flowers hydrated.

This will help the flowers stay fresh for 3-4 days.
